グラフ作成ツール 利用規約（日本語）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、[事業者名またはサービス名]（以下「当社」といいます）が提供する
グラフ作成ツール（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様（以下「ユーザー」といいます）は、
本サービスを利用するにあたり、事前に本規約をよくお読みいただき、同意の上でご利用ください。
第1条（適用範囲）
1. 本規約は、本サービスの提供条件および本サービスの利用に関する当社とユーザーとの間の一切の関係に適用されます。
2. 当社が本サービス上で掲載するガイドライン等も本規約の一部を構成します。
第2条（ユーザー登録）
1. 本サービスの利用を希望する者は、当社の定める方法により登録を申請し、当社が承認した時点で登録が完了します。
2. 登録申請時に提供する情報に虚偽、誤記があった場合、当社は登録を拒否または削除することができます。
3. 登録の際に設定したパスワードの管理はユーザーの責任とし、第三者の不正使用などによる損害について当社は一切責任を負いません。
第3条（サブスクリプションと支払い）
1. 本サービスの有料機能を利用する場合、ユーザーはサブスクリプション契約を締結し、当社の定める料金を支払う必要があります。
2. 支払い方法はクレジットカード等とし、決済はStripeなどの第三者決済サービスを通じて行われます。
3. ユーザーが1年間等のサブスクリプションプランに加入後、契約期間中に退会または解約した場合でも、既に支払われた料金の払い戻しは行いません。
4. 解約時の返金有無など、その他の詳細は当社が別途定める規定に従うものとします。
第4条（サービス提供および保証の否認）
1. 当社は、本サービスの完全性や正確性、有用性等を一切保証しません。
2. 当社は、本サービスの変更・停止等によってユーザーに損害が生じても責任を負いません。
第5条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは以下の行為をしてはなりません。
・法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
・第三者または当社の権利・利益を侵害する行為
・本サービスを不正な目的で利用する行為
・その他当社が不適切と判断する行為
第6条（アカウント停止・削除）
当社は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、事前通知なくアカウントの停止や削除ができるものとします。
第7条（免責事項）
1. 当社はユーザーに生じた損害について一切責任を負いません。
2. ユーザー間、またはユーザーと第三者間の紛争は当事者間で解決するものとします。
第8条（規約の変更）
当社はユーザーの事前承諾なしに本規約を変更でき、変更後の規約は本サービス上で公表した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
第9条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約の準拠法は日本法とし、紛争が生じた場合は当社所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "TOS") set forth the terms and conditions for using the
graph creation tool (the "Service") provided by [Company Name]. By using the Service, you ("User") agree to be
bound by this TOS.
Article 1 (Scope)
1. This TOS applies to all relationships between [Company Name] (the "Company") and users regarding the use of the Service.
2. Any guidelines or additional provisions posted by the Company within the Service also constitute a part of the TOS.
Article 2 (User Registration)
1. Individuals wishing to use the Service must apply by the method prescribed by the Company, and registration is complete

Article 5 (Prohibitions)
Users shall not engage in activities that violate laws or public order, infringe on third-party rights, or any other activities
deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 6 (Account Suspension/Deletion)
The Company may suspend or delete a User's account without prior notice if the User violates this TOS.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the User in connection with the Service.
2. Any dispute arising between Users or between a User and a third party shall be resolved by the parties involved.
Article 8 (Changes to the TOS)
The Company may revise this TOS without prior consent from Users, and the revised TOS will be effective upon posting
in the Service or the date specified by the Company.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
This TOS shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company.
